Description
- As an AI Solutions / Enablement Engineer you will bring practical AI innovation into ecommerce and business operations by partnering with business stakeholders, data and platform teams to discover and prioritise high-value use cases.
- You will design and build AI-powered solutions using large language models, AI assistants, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents and workflow automation.
- You will rapidly build prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate business value, technical feasibility and user experience, collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to connect solutions to trusted enterprise data (leveraging Azure Databricks) and help move validated solutions closer to production.
- You will also support change management and user adoption to ensure stakeholders can successfully use new AI-enabled workflows.
