Description
- Raya is building a better social internet and seeks a Product Manager to join the Core Membership Experience team to own critical parts of the member lifecycle—application, onboarding, activation, subscriptions, renewal, and reactivation—with a strong focus on payments.
- The role is responsible for owning experiences that convert accepted applicants into members and make it seamless to start, manage, and reactivate memberships; developing deep understanding of membership and payment funnels using data to identify opportunities and improve conversion and reliability; building and evolving payment experiences across Apple in-app purchases and third-party payment providers; proactively identifying problems and driving them to resolution; owning the roadmap and execution from problem definition through launch and iteration; and leading a cross-functional team across engineering, design, and data to create clarity and drive work forward.
