  • Responsibilities include assisting service contractors, providing administrative support, documenting objectives, and participating in emergency response activities such as scheduling, transportation, repairs, and fueling.
  • The role requires knowledge of power generation, supplier management, project management, and analytical skills.
  • It involves working a variable schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends, and traveling to stores, divisions, suppliers, and manufacturers.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience within Publix or 2 years general office experience, preferably in power generation
  • General knowledge of Power Generation
  • Knowledge of Supplier Management
  • Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
  • Analytical skills
  • Willingness to work a variable work schedule including nights, holidays and weekends in certain instances
  • Willingness to travel to stores, divisions, suppliers and manufacturers
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of Service Hub
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or any other analytical discipline
  • 3 years’ experience in administrative office in a Facilities department and 2 years’ experience in power generation
  • Knowledge of Publix Organizational Structure
  • Knowledge of Sourcing Processes
  • Knowledge of Publix Structured Writing
  • Advanced computer skills
