Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on improving customer experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with remote customers is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mentality and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with Intercom and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Availability to work 8am-5pm UTC+8.
