Description
- The Commercial Director for the local market will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly in the areas of cryptocurrency and CFD and other asset classes.
- Key Responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities to drive growth and market penetration, leveraging an extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), developing and implementing effective Go-to-market and Business Development strategies, promoting multi-asset trading products, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and building a regional team as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- In-depth understanding of the Nigerian financial markets and regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of the Omnichannel marketing.
- Experience and strong understanding of budgeting, budget controls, unit economics and P&L management.
