Description
  • At praxipal you will work on scaling Luna by building production integrations into practice management systems and related tools so Luna can read and write the source of truth for medical practices (schedules, patient context, messages, statuses, workflow metadata).
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing read/write integrations, building infrastructure that scales to hundreds of thousands of individual practice servers, engineering reliability (data consistency, idempotency, retries, error handling, observability), triaging and hardening integration failures in production, defining technical standards and architecture for integrations, and establishing pragmatic processes for development, maintenance, and incident handling.

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, TypeScript and/or Rust
  • Proven experience building and running software in production
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, distributed systems, and failure modes
  • Comfort operating in messy environments (inconsistent behavior, missing docs, etc.)
  • Clear communication under pressure (during incidents, vendor issues, competing priorities)
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior work on healthcare software or practice management systems (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, or data standards (e.g. FHIR) (nice-to-have)
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) (nice-to-have)
  • Experience in startups or scale-ups (nice-to-have)
