Description
- You will manage a portfolio of 8–12 early-stage and growth-stage consumer brand accounts—many founder-led or crowdfunding-originated—diagnosing growth constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels, and measurement, and building prioritized roadmaps the client can execute.
- The role requires owning senior client relationships (often founders), running quarterly Power Circuit reviews and board-ready QBRs, helping clients build measurement infrastructure from scratch, coordinating paid, SEO, content, email, and creative work around focused account strategy, identifying appropriate expansion opportunities, managing retention and renewals to grow MRR, and ensuring daily use and compliance of proprietary technology (Iris, Nova, Pulse, Power Circuit).
- You will also manage and develop 1–2 direct reports and coach analysts and specialists working with startups for the first time.
