Description
- You will own a portfolio of 8–12 core early-stage and growth-stage consumer accounts, diagnosing growth constraints and building prioritized roadmaps that clients can execute given their resources.
- The role requires owning senior client relationships (often with founders), running quarterly Power Circuit reviews, helping build measurement infrastructure from scratch, coordinating paid, SEO, content, email, and creative work around focused account strategies, and identifying appropriate expansion opportunities.
- You will ensure daily use of proprietary technology (Iris and Nova), maintain Pulse cadence and Power Circuit compliance, manage and develop 1–2 direct reports, and coach analysts and specialists new to startup work.
