Description
- Plume is a public, EVM-compatible blockchain focused on Real World Assets (RWAs), bridging traditional finance and crypto.
- The Finance & Accounting Manager will own day-to-day bookkeeping, manage monthly close processes, implement crypto-specific accounting tools, and handle financial operations.
- Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank and crypto exchange balances, recording journal entries, managing crypto accounting tools, supporting tax and audit preparations, overseeing vendor invoicing, and collaborating with external partners.
- The role requires 4–8 years of relevant experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, crypto accounting, and Excel/Google Sheets, with a preference for experience in digital assets or blockchain finance.
- The position is remote within the United States.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Crypto Subledgers, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with crypto accounting, digital assets, or blockchain-related finance preferred.
- Understanding of GAAP and accounting principles (CPA a plus, not required).
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
