The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the face of PLS, responsible for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on products, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining cash drawers, and supporting store cleanliness.
The role requires engaging with customers, handling transactions accurately, resolving complaints, and working flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The CSR must have previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, honesty, and integrity.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 15 lbs., and working in busy environments.
