The Technical Program Manager will own end-to-end program execution for major cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, design, and data teams.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining program plans that map dependencies, running planning cycles and operating cadence (standups, reviews, launch readiness), identifying and resolving risks and blockers, translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders, establishing lightweight scalable processes for planning and delivery, and maintaining a single source of truth on program status, dependencies, and decisions.

Requirements
5+ years in technical program management, engineering program management, or a closely related role at a software/technology company.
A technical foundation — ability to read system design documents, follow architectural trade-off discussions, and engage credibly with engineers (prior engineering experience or CS/technical degree is a strong plus).
Proven track record shipping complex, cross-functional software programs on time, with multiple teams and competing priorities.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills — clear writing, effective meeting facilitation, and ability to keep large groups aligned.
Comfort with ambiguity and speed — ability to create structure and adapt as priorities evolve in a fast-growing startup.
Strong judgment on prioritization and risk — ability to determine what matters most and what could derail a launch.
Experience with modern delivery tooling (e.g., GitHub, Linear/Jira, Notion) and using process to enable teams rather than bottleneck them.
