Description
- Act as the first point of contact for developers integrating Phantom's SDKs and other products. Day to day, you’ll triage issues, reproduce bugs, and unblock integrations quickly through clear, friendly support. You will also contribute to our AI support chatbot as a secondary responsibility by providing training content and feedback that improves answer quality and safety.
- Responsibilities include handling inbound questions via chat and email for SDKs, deep links, provider APIs, and integration setup; capturing and creating internal notes with repro steps, logs, and impact; diagnosing root causes and identifying solutions; creating and maintaining developer documentation; working efficiently with tooling such as Cursor/CoPilot, GitHub, browser devtools, and block explorers; responding professionally and warmly to developers; and recognizing suspicious patterns in API usage or on-chain activity.
- Qualifications include experience with JS/TS across platforms (React Native, iOS, Android), Web3 fundamentals (wallets, signing, RPCs, transactions, explorers, Solana programming), frontend debugging skills, and familiarity with AI tooling such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG. The role is within a company that is a leader in the crypto wallet space supporting multiple chains including Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Bitcoin, with a focus on seamless user experience and security.

Requirements
- Experience with JS/TS across platforms (React Native, iOS, Android).
- Web3 fundamentals including wallets, signing, RPCs, transactions, explorers, Solana programming model.
- Frontend debugging skills using browser devtools and network traces.
- Familiarity with AI tooling such as LLMs for support, prompt engineering, and RAG; comfortable using Cursor and Copilot.
