  • Our flagship product, Arbi, eliminates fragmented workflows by integrating directly with ATS and HR systems, and orchestrates AI agents for sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate intelligence end-to-end.
  • As we scale go-to-market, partnerships are a core growth lever.
  • We’re now hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances to build and own a partner-led revenue engine from the ground up.
  • This senior, high-ownership role involves designing, building, and scaling Neuroscale’s partner-led go-to-market motion, creating a repeatable system that recruits, enables, and activates partners to drive pipeline and revenue through integrations, co-sell, resale, and referral motions.
  • The role includes owning two high-leverage partnership motions: ATS / HRIS & Technology Ecosystem Partnerships (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Ashby, Dayforce, AWS, Azure) and Public Sector Channel Partnerships (VARs, SIs, government, education).
  • Responsibilities include defining partner strategy, building partner playbooks, launching partner programs, recruiting and enabling partners, driving co-marketing, managing relationships, and owning partner pipeline and revenue.
  • Success in the first 6–12 months involves onboarding 2–4 ATS/HRIS partners, recruiting a public sector partner bench, establishing a partner operating rhythm, and growing partner-sourced pipeline.
  • The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS (preferably HR tech), with experience scaling partner GTM motions, strong executive presence, operational rigor, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus points for experience with ATS/HRIS ecosystems, public sector channels, integrations, and AI products.
