Requirements
- 12+ years of experience working on a wide variety of complex digital products and services in Product Management, Product Design, or hybrid roles.
- Excellent knowledge of the product life cycle, product strategy, design principles, and UX best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to employ a human-centered, data-driven approach in identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Comfort using a variety of product discovery and design research methods and processes.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, along with strong presentation skills.
- Experience leading and participating in product and design reviews, contributing to process improvements.
- The discipline to work remotely and drive initiatives forward without being in a physical office.
