Description
- As a Staff Engineer specializing in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise CMDB solutions aligned with CSDM and ServiceNow best practices; develop and configure Discovery and Service Mapping for critical applications and infrastructure; configure and manage the Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE); monitor and improve CMDB health and data quality; create and optimize service maps for distributed, hybrid, and multi-tier applications; build and maintain integrations to enrich CMDB data; collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and Application teams; lead technical discussions and design reviews; and mentor junior developers while promoting continuous improvement across the ServiceNow platform.
