Description
- The Deal Desk team sits within Finance and helps Mural execute complex and non-standard sales agreements.
- As a small, highly collaborative team, we work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and GTM Systems to provide guidance, manage risk and ensure deals align with company policies and revenue requirements.
- As a Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll help turn complex sales opportunities into successful customer agreements by applying sound judgment, attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset to help Sales move efficiently while maintaining financial and operational discipline.
- Responsibilities include reviewing opportunities, quotes, pricing, discounts and contract terms for accuracy; supporting deals from quote creation through billing; ensuring deals follow internal policies and revenue requirements; partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal and GTM Systems on contract, billing and system issues; maintaining accurate deal documentation and precedents; identifying process improvements; and developing and maintaining team resources and knowledge repositories.
