Description
- We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, integrate, support, and optimize contact-center solutions.
- The role combines advanced platform expertise with customer-focused teamwork and flexible service conditions.
- Responsibilities include designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Genesys Cloud CX solutions; designing and optimizing interaction flows in Genesys Cloud Architect (IVR, ACD, queues, bots, omnichannel interactions, callbacks, social messaging); configuring and optimizing routing (queues, skills, schedules, routing rules); developing and maintaining integrations with external systems using Genesys Cloud Platform APIs, webhooks, and Data Actions; developing and maintaining Outbound Dialing configurations (Predictive, Progressive, Preview Campaigns) and recording/quality management; implementing conversational automation using Dialog Engine Bot Flows and third-party bots via Bot Connector; configuring analytics, dashboards, and reporting; and providing Level 2/3 technical support for incidents and service requests while collaborating with technical and business teams.
