- Design, build, and operate an observability platform (metrics, logging, distributed tracing, alerting) for Mirantis’ Neocloud managed service, build high-volume telemetry pipelines, define SLO/SLI frameworks, integrate observability with incident management workflows, improve detection and resolution metrics, and own the reliability, scalability, and security of the observability stack.
