- In this role, you'll define recruitment strategies, build and nurture talent pipelines, own your metrics, and serve as the trusted advisor to your field partners on talent, insights, process, and market trends.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with full cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting in a high volume and repeat role environment
- Fluency with Boolean search across tools like LinkedIn, Indeed and Applicant Tracking Software - AI Sourcing is a Plus
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
- Ability to own meetings with stakeholders and present information concisely
- Strong organization skills to manage recruitment project trackers and autonomously manage recruitment timelines and communications
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Experience using various TA systems such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter etc
- AI fluency: We're building an AI-fluent organization.
