Description
- Medsien is a leading provider of scalable remote care management solutions aimed at improving patient experiences.
- The Clinical Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership, managing a remote team of medical assistants and care coordinators to support, develop, and optimize clinical processes.
- Responsibilities include managing daily operations, designing operational guidelines, collaborating on policies, monitoring performance indicators, participating in hiring and training, delegating tasks, conducting evaluations, and developing workflows to maximize patient care quality and efficiency.
- The role requires at least 5 years of experience managing clinical staff, a background in nursing, care management, or clinical operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, and proficiency in HIPAA and CMS regulations.
