Description
- The Implementation Project Manager at MedeAnalytics is responsible for overseeing and managing healthcare SaaS implementation projects, supporting provider and payer clients.
- The role involves managing project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables, preparing status reports, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- The manager collaborates with internal teams and clients, identifies and mitigates risks, and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- They also assist in portfolio governance, reviewing project charters, assessing risks, and aligning projects with company strategies.
- The ideal candidate has healthcare IT experience, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- The role offers a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 USD, along with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Healthcare, Information Technology, or Business Management; or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years project managing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare IT experience required - either Payor or Provider
- Knowledge or experience in software development and the industry standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (social and emotional intelligence)
- Two-way communication and feedback loop (negotiate, persuade, influence)
- Managing and setting expectations across all levels
- Champion of change (lead, motivate, inspire, transform)
- Self-driven with little to no supervision
