Description
- As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first voice families hear when they reach out and will guide them with clarity and compassion through the sales process.
- The role focuses on handling warm inbound leads, guiding families through cremation options, managing returning leads and follow-up across phone, text, and email, contributing to queue coverage and support workflows, hitting performance targets while maintaining conversion and quality scores, and using tools including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and the company case management system.
- The position is remote, full-time, and includes defined shift windows and schedules with opportunities to progress from Second Call to First Call Representative with higher earning potential.
