Description
- MCA Connect is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead solution strategy and architecture for complex enterprise transformation opportunities within the Manufacturing and Distribution industries.
- This senior, client-facing role combines industry expertise, Dynamics 365 delivery experience, enterprise architecture, and pre-sales leadership.
- You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Industry Solutions, Data & AI, Organizational Change Management, and technical teams to create solutions that are compelling to clients, commercially sound, and executable by Delivery.
- Responsibilities include leading end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformations; translating client objectives into future-state solutions; architecting solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, Data & AI, Power Platform, integration, and OCM; leading discovery sessions, workshops, RFP responses, demonstrations, and executive discussions; developing solution narratives, implementation approaches, estimates, resource plans, timelines and risk considerations; defining integration strategies across legacy and third-party systems; identifying opportunities to leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, Copilot, and agentic AI; ensuring commitments made in sales are executable by Delivery; leading the transition from Pre-Sales to Delivery; mentoring other Solution Architects; and supporting customer workshops, webinars and demand-generation activities.
