Description
- Seeking a Network Engineer to build and maintain core networking infrastructure for a cutting-edge compute marketplace.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with modern overlay networking technologies (e.g., VXLAN, WireGuard).
- Comfortable working with packet flow concepts at L3/L4 and familiar with tools influencing traffic paths.
- Operated and troubleshot production datacenter networks, working with routing, switching, and connectivity issues.
- Ability to build reliable and maintainable solutions balancing short-term needs and long-term stability.
- Ability to document work and create operational procedures.
- Capable of working independently in shifting priority environments.
- Takes ownership of problems, investigates deeply, and delivers practical fixes.
- Communicates clearly and collaborates with other engineering teams.
- Familiar with Linux networking concepts, configuration, and tuning.
- Cares about network performance and reliability, enjoys solving bottlenecks.
- Understanding of BGP and internet routing principles; experience with datacenter L1/L2 operations is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to reliably work within LATAM (GMT-3) or Philippines (GMT+8) time zones.
