Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and Mulesoft
- Implementation of 5+ years in Salesforce development and architecture
- Familiarity with legal industry workflows and tools (e.g., document automation, client intake processes)
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts
- Leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II (highly preferred)
