  • Lime is building out the Office of the CEO to strengthen enterprise alignment, operating discipline, and strategic execution as the company enters its next phase of growth.
  • Reporting to the Director, CEO Office, the Senior Manager will support the development and execution of Lime’s enterprise planning and operating system.
  • This role helps ensure the company’s Long Range Plan, capital allocation decisions, and enterprise priorities are translated into clear plans and effectively tracked across the organisation.
  • Working across functions, this role will drive key components of planning, analysis, and execution support, helping the CEO Office operate as a force multiplier for the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team.
  • By supporting enterprise planning, improving visibility on execution, and driving analysis on key strategic questions, this role will help ensure Lime’s priorities are clearly defined, progress is measurable, and leadership is equipped to make informed decisions.
  • This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing in London, Paris, or Berlin to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

🎯

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
