We are seeking a Director of Growth who will lead Lifeforce’s full-funnel acquisition strategy, driving profitable and scalable member growth across paid channels.
You will own the end-to-end process from messaging and creative development to audience design, landing-page performance, and in-platform optimization.
This is a hands-on, strategy-forward role for a marketer who understands how to convert consumers, not just operate channels.
A strong creative and analytical thinker, you will shape the messaging, creative operations, testing roadmap, and funnel improvements needed to unlock new headroom for growth.
The role involves managing growth strategies across paid social, search, and performance channels, overseeing ad accounts, CRO initiatives, creative operations, analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and external agencies.
