- As a Senior Data Scientist at Mainstay (a division of Lemnis) you will find predictive signals in student and partner data, build student-level predictors that integrate with partner systems, analyze conversational and unstructured data to improve AI and product experience, own AI data tooling and evaluation frameworks, and create reusable analyses and tooling that empower internal teams; you will set methodology standards, prioritize impactful work, and collaborate closely with data and engineering teammates to operationalize and monitor models.
