Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC (“KBRA”), a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (“NRSRO”), is seeking a dynamic HR Operations Associate Director who will focus on benefits, wellness, HR system support, and HR programming.
This role will support the design and execution of benefits and wellness offerings, support implementation and enhancement of HR systems, and drive high-impact employee communications and programming.
The position is based in New York with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.
The role involves supporting the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs, monitoring benefit trends, leading employee communication sessions, supporting HR processes and technology solutions, managing vendor relationships, collaborating on reporting and workflows, and owning the employee-facing experience for benefits and HR programming.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 6+ years of HR operations/benefits experience, strong understanding of HRIS and payroll systems (Ceridian Dayforce), experience managing benefits administration, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in financial services and familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.

Bachelor's degree required
6+ years of progressive HR Operations and/or benefits experience
Exposure to performance management, compensation cycles, or HR Technology modules
Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll Systems (Ceridian Dayforce)
Experience managing benefits administration and vendor relationships
Prior ownership of Open Enrollment and/or wellness programs preferred
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in financial services or related industries preferred
Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus
