- As a Staff Applied AI Engineer, you will define strategic AI capabilities, set technical standards, and develop reusable frameworks to accelerate product innovation.
- You will lead the design and deployment of scalable AI systems, mentor engineers, and influence data strategy with an AI-first approach.
- The role involves working with emerging AI toolchains, ensuring governance and explainability, and collaborating across teams to embed responsible AI practices.

Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering AI systems from prototypes to production-ready products.
- Strong expertise in generative AI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, and responsible AI practices.
- Fluency in Python and experience with GenAI toolchains (e.g., vLLM, Crew AI, Strands, LangChain, Chat Completions API).
- Full-stack engineering skills with frameworks like React/Vue and back-end systems such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Experience establishing AI development standards, governance, and MLOps (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent professional experience with demonstrated impact.
