The Content Specialist will own and execute Kalepa’s content engine, including blog strategy, long-form content, and LinkedIn thought leadership.
Responsibilities include writing, editing, and publishing high-quality content across various formats, managing SEO and content structure for organic growth, ghostwriting for leaders, and tracking content performance to refine strategies.
The role requires working closely with SMEs and the Marketing Director to build a content pipeline that supports pipeline development, positioning, and sales enablement.
The candidate should be adept at simplifying complex technical topics, supporting SEO outcomes, and using AI tools responsibly for content creation.

Requirements
4-5 years of professional content experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, fintech, insurance, or technical content
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Proven experience supporting SEO through content
Strong ghostwriting skills and ability to match tone/voice across stakeholders
Excellent project management skills with deadlines, approvals, and content pipeline coordination
Experience writing data-led stories is highly desirable
