- The Content Specialist will own and execute Kalepa’s content engine, including blog strategy, long-form content, and LinkedIn thought leadership.
- Responsibilities include writing, editing, and publishing high-quality content across various formats, managing SEO and content structure for organic growth, ghostwriting for leaders, and tracking content performance to refine strategies.
- The role requires working closely with SMEs and the Marketing Director to build a content pipeline that supports pipeline development, positioning, and sales enablement.
- The candidate should be adept at simplifying complex technical topics, supporting SEO outcomes, and using AI tools responsibly for content creation.
🎯
Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional content experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, fintech, insurance, or technical content
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Proven experience supporting SEO through content
- Strong ghostwriting skills and ability to match tone/voice across stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills with deadlines, approvals, and content pipeline coordination
- Experience writing data-led stories is highly desirable
