Employer.com is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Legal & Policy Sourcer for a fully remote, one-year contract.
The role involves proactive talent identification, market intelligence, and long-term pipeline development across legal, policy, and government affairs hiring.
The Sourcer will own end-to-end sourcing strategies, identify passive candidates from law firms, in-house legal teams, government agencies, think tanks, and policy organizations, and build robust pipelines of legal and regulatory professionals.
Responsibilities include personalized candidate outreach, serving as the first contact for passive candidates, and nurturing long-term relationships.
The role requires close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, maintaining data hygiene, and sharing market insights.
Qualifications include 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, strong policy and government affairs sourcing background, proximity to DC or supporting DC-based teams, success in recruiting legal, policy, and government roles, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and data-driven recruiting.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
