  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who wants to take an early stage company to greatness. As an Executive Director of Growth at Janus, you will build and execute the overall sales approach to our Health System customers to drive revenue for our business. By building consultative relationships with prospects, you will help further our mission of empowering health systems and its operational workforce to achieve more and reduce the cost of care nationwide.
  • Responsibilities include generating revenue by owning the prospect sales funnel, prospecting for new health system customers, understanding prospect environments, attending industry events, partnering with sales operations, marketing, and product teams, and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Requirements include 10-15+ years of experience in technology, enterprise healthcare solutions, SaaS, or healthcare consulting, experience selling complex software to health systems, managing sales funnels, and selling to C-suite and VP/CRO/Director levels. The candidate should be entrepreneurial, data-driven, problem solver, organized, communicative, and motivated, with preferred experience in Revenue Cycle and AI.

Requirements
  • At least 10-15+ years of experience in sales or related roles
  • Experience in technology, enterprise healthcare technology solutions, SaaS, or Healthcare Consulting
  • Proven track record of managing sales funnel stages and driving revenue
  • Experience selling complex software to Health Systems
  • Experience selling to C-Suite executive and revenue cycle VP/CRO/Director levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven approach
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to innovate in a fast-growing environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Highly motivated self-starter and team player
