The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel.
You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with government agencies, acting as the point of contact for accountants and clients, managing internal books and finances, analyzing transactions, supervising accounting and administrative staff, preparing timely financial reports, managing dashboards and cash reports, ensuring IT systems function properly, and handling day-to-day accounting functions such as payroll, A/P, and A/R.
The role also involves filing sales and ad valorem tax returns and ensuring safety and security of assets.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5-7 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, GAAP knowledge (CPA preferred), and strong communication skills.
The position is full-time, with benefits including 401(k), dental, health, floating time off, and vision insurance.
The salary range is $50,000 - $100,000 USD.
