Description
- Ivans (a division of Applied Systems) is seeking a Lead UX Designer to join the UX team to design complex, multi‑step, high-volume workflows used by insurance agents.
- The role involves defining UX strategies and frameworks for multi-team initiatives; leading planning sessions to align scope, timelines, and success metrics; and ensuring UX activities connect to product and business roadmaps.
- The Lead UX Designer will shape research agendas, integrate data from multiple sources to inform strategic direction, and guide research prioritization.
- Responsibilities include creating scalable information architecture frameworks, designing system-level interaction models, defining visual direction, overseeing design delivery and implementation planning, defining QA and usability standards, improving engineering handoffs, facilitating design workshops, delivering compelling design narratives, and coaching and mentoring other designers.
- The role focuses on execution, insights, and impact—driving UX consistency across large product areas and raising UX quality through mentorship and design guidance.
