Description
- The Endoluminal Program Manager (EPM) reports to the Endoluminal Program Director and is responsible for building and developing the clinical field sales team within a region.
- Major responsibilities include managing and directing program launches and utilization of the ION System within the installed base, managing installations, overseeing training and education processes, driving utilization growth, supporting key opinion leader (KOL) development, providing the clinical sales team with product information, and working with training and marketing departments.
- The role requires significant field presence and coordination across accounts to expand ION procedure usage and ensure successful program execution.
