  • We’re seeking a talented and driven Senior Account Executive to join our team in a remote role.
  • As our product suite continues to advance through automation and AI innovation, we are scaling our sales organization with high-performing, relationship-driven closers who want to grow with us.
  • Your mission is straightforward: sell InsCipher’s products and services and close business.
  • You will manage a strong inbound pipeline supported by a robust marketing engine, while also executing strategic outbound outreach to deepen territory penetration and consistently exceed revenue goals.
  • This is a high-impact, collaborative role where you will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Development, and Leadership to ensure prospects understand our value and to help shape the future of our solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities include owning and closing high-value deals (up to $250K+, with seven-figure potential), exceeding quota (average target of $2M+), delivering consultative presentations, building trust-based relationships, responding promptly to inbound leads, collaborating with teams, generating opportunities through outbound efforts, representing InsCipher at industry events, mentoring junior AEs, supporting sales process evolution, preparing sales agreements, and participating in sales meetings.
  • The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, 2+ years in Surplus Lines / Non-Admitted Insurance, excellent communication skills, proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), and a motivated, team-oriented mindset.
