Description
- As an AI Engineer you will design, build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, autonomous AI agents, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks to support digital transformation initiatives (with a focus on financial services and anti-financial crime processes).
- You will architect and develop production-grade autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), design and deploy AI solutions based on LLMs and agentic architectures, integrate LLMs with external APIs, proprietary tools, databases and enterprise systems, and optimize prompt engineering, context/state management, and long-running agent workflows.
- The role includes implementing monitoring, logging, evaluation and observability for AI applications, applying MLOps/AIOps practices (model versioning, testing, performance evaluation), designing and deploying solutions primarily on AWS (and collaborating on Azure and Databricks), and guiding technical implementations across multiple squads while collaborating with business, data science, engineering and cloud teams in regulated environments.
