Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Law/consulting firm experience a plus
- Strong computer skills required, including solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Adobe, preferred
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or customer relationship management systems (CRM) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Demonstrates ability to manage a high volume of tasks without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability; follows through on tasks to completion
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining precision and professionalism
- Proactively communicates updates and delays
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Demonstrates reliability, consistency, and a results-oriented mindset
