Description
  • As our Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of key tradeshows, sales-led events, partner-led events, and Hightouch community events.
  • This is a role where you will take on significant ownership of your programs and outcomes.
  • You will work closely with marketing leadership to develop a field marketing roadmap and budget tied to key business outcomes.
  • You will also collaborate with design and product marketing to build event programming and theming.
  • You will be close partners with our sales team to ensure events are a profitable driver to the business’s bottom line.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing
  • Experience working in events focused on data, marketing, and/or advertising personas
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with sales teams
  • Ability to source and execute on field marketing opportunities with partners and customers
  • Proven track record of managing tradeshows and field events autonomously
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach to programs
  • Ability to create compelling programming and themes for events
  • Strong copywriting and design skills for marketing materials
  • Ownership and accountability mindset
  • Excellent communication skills at tactical and executive levels
  • High sense of urgency for company outcomes
