- Lead the Reinvention Services ecosystem programs activation team and own the end-to-end operating model across governance, ways of working, standardization, demand and capacity management, quality, financials, delivery excellence, and measurable value delivery; guide teams, develop scalable program playbooks, deliver key ecosystem programs, oversee joint messaging and content, manage ecosystem awards/ranking, ensure brand and compliance quality, lead value tracking and change management, and develop executive communications and marketing content for a global portfolio.
