Description
- As a member of the Risk Management team, the Risk Analyst will review and assess financial risk for new and existing customers, evaluate applications, and perform analyses that mitigate financial risk.
- The role includes analyzing business financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow), bank statements, and credit reports; communicating with clients and sales about application status; articulating when additional documents are required; making approve/decline/exception decisions based on policy guidelines and within SLAs; performing portfolio management to identify suspicious items; recommending policy and process improvements; and producing underwriting memos following financial spreading and risk ratio analysis.
