Description
- GoFasti is a Talent-as-a-Service connecting LatAm developers and designers with global companies.
- The Fullstack Engineer will build an internal operational hub to capture client requests and manage projects, a client portal to show estimates, revisions and project status, and an internal dashboard for owners to monitor team productivity and standards.
- You will design and develop client intake forms and workflows to replace spreadsheets, develop responsive desktop and mobile-first experiences (with native mobile via React Native as product matures), own system architecture and scalability decisions for internal tools, build clean intuitive interfaces leveraging modern component libraries and design systems, collaborate initially with an external development group managing the company database with expectation to take full ownership, contribute to the development roadmap, and partner with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
