Requirements
  • 3+ years in Growth, Product-Led Growth, or Marketing Operations in hosting, cloud, or SaaS.
  • Proven success managing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn) and running growth experiments.
  • Familiarity with digital channels (SEO, PPC, referral, lifecycle, affiliate) and funnel analytics.
  • Experience driving customer acquisition and PLG growth across international markets, understanding regional behavior, pricing, and scalability challenges.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and translate insights into action.
  • Solid understanding of PLG tactics and self-serve monetization models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-functional execution.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a build-test-learn approach.
  • Obsession with efficiency, metrics, and experimentation.
