Description
- Our client is a fast-growing technology company building data-driven financial solutions that simplify and optimize business operations. We develop secure, scalable systems that empower financial teams to work smarter — leveraging automation, transparency, and real-time data insights.
- We’re now looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our distributed engineering team. You’ll work on the core architecture that powers our platform, helping to scale our microservices and integrate modern financial technologies.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails, integrated with React frontends.
- Design and implement microservices architectures that ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate financial workflows and data pipelines.
- Optimize system performance, ensure code quality, and maintain robust testing practices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and guide decisions around scalability and security.
- Must-Have Skills include 5+ years of fullstack development experience, proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.js, strong focus on backend systems, APIs, microservices, experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and fluent English communication.
- Nice-to-Have skills include background in finance or fintech, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, and remote team experience.
