Description
- FOSSA is a rapidly growing Series B company with a distributed team, focused on open source software supply chain management.
- The Director of Finance will own the finance function end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence and strategic financial planning.
- Responsibilities include managing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, SaaS revenue recognition, tax compliance, compensation planning, investor reporting, vendor relationships, and partnering with HR on benefits and headcount.
- The ideal candidate has 6-10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within B2B SaaS, with strong knowledge of GAAP, SaaS metrics, and tax compliance.
- Experience managing a team, collaborating with leadership, and thriving in a startup environment is required.
- Additional advantages include experience with cloud infrastructure costs, investor reporting, and international operations.
