Description
- The Flywire Client Adoption Specialist is responsible for ensuring successful delivery, execution, and utilization of Flywire's payment solutions for partner institutions.
- This role involves working with Account Managers throughout the client lifecycle, supporting onboarding, increasing product adoption, and expanding client engagement.
- The specialist will utilize client configuration and performance data to support account understanding, help realize account objectives, and identify additional ways Flywire can serve campus stakeholders.
- Key responsibilities include accelerating product onboarding, creating client training content, developing payer-facing resources, supporting webinars, and contributing to team development.
- The role requires a strong understanding of Flywire products, excellent communication skills in French and English, and experience in client success or support, preferably in higher education.
