Description
- EXP Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own day-to-day customer support and collections activity for an assigned portfolio of accounts within a newly centralized Customer Service & Collections team.
- The role involves responding to customer inquiries, supporting vendor and customer onboarding, performing credit checks and maintaining credit limits and account holds, processing invoice adjustments, managing collections following a standardized cadence and escalation process, and coordinating with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues.

Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service and collections required
- Fluent English required, both written and spoken
- Able to work Eastern Time business hours
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts independently and taking ownership of outcomes
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds, and collections cadence
