Description
- At EX Squared LATAM, we help international clients build complex, scalable platforms powered by modern engineering practices.
- We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to guide the technical direction of a multi-application platform while mentoring senior engineers and driving high-quality execution across frontend and backend.
- This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with strong full-stack foundations, a passion for clean architecture, and an AI-philic mindset.
🎯
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- At least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
- Experience with SQL databases, ORM tools, and GraphQL
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical teams
- Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments
- Availability to collaborate during core hours (EST)
