Description
  • At EX Squared LATAM, we partner with fast-growing digital and e-commerce companies to build high-performing remote teams across LATAM.
  • We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support a rapidly expanding DTC/e-commerce brand by helping execute email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows.
  • This role is ideal for someone early in their CRM career who enjoys working with data, building journeys, and improving customer engagement through thoughtful execution.
  • You will build, test, and launch email campaigns across CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign.
  • You will set up automated lifecycle flows like onboarding, reactivation, win-back, and loyalty sequences.
  • Managing audience segmentation, profile properties, and basic data integrations to support targeting and personalization will be part of your responsibilities.
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics and sharing insights or recommendations is essential.
  • You will perform QA checks to ensure campaigns are correctly set up before going live and collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to keep campaigns organized and aligned.
  • The role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work with a growing e-commerce team, gain hands-on experience with lifecycle and CRM operations, and develop skills in automation flows and data-driven marketing within a supportive environment.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM operations, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with any email or CRM platform (Klaviyo experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing concepts (welcome flows, re-engagement, win-back, cross-sell).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for simple email template adjustments.
  • Analytical mindset and interest in learning how to optimize campaigns using data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Advanced English for communication with cross-functional teams.
